Who We Are
FireAlarmTestingPro is the fire alarm testing and inspection practice of Ace Fire Protection, a California-licensed, fully insured fire and life safety company serving Greater Los Angeles.
We do one category of work, and we do it deliberately: testing, inspecting, and documenting fire alarm and life safety systems so that commercial and multifamily buildings across LA County can prove compliance the day an inspector asks. That means annual NFPA 72 functional testing, semiannual and quarterly interval work, emergency and exit lighting, and the compliance paperwork that ties it together.
Most of our clients are property managers, facility teams, and building owners who have been burned by the same thing at least once — an inspection that technically happened, but produced documentation the authority having jurisdiction wouldn't accept. Our entire process is built backward from that failure.

California Licensed
Fire alarm inspection in California must be performed under a proper contractor license — it is not work any handyman may legally sign off on. We hold the licensing California requires and are fully insured. NICET Certified Technicians
Our lead technicians hold NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems — the credential California AHJs most widely recognize as evidence of technician competence. NICET is recognized rather than legally mandated, so we treat it as a floor, not a finish line.
Codes We Test To
NFPA 72 (Fire Alarm & Signaling Code), NFPA 101 (Life Safety Code), the California Fire Code, and California Title 19. The 2025 edition of NFPA 72 took effect in California on January 1, 2026 — our procedures already reflect it.

The Report Is the Deliverable
A test that isn't documented didn't happen — at least not to your AHJ. Every inspection ends in a signed digital report, formatted for the jurisdiction that will actually review it, with each device accounted for and every deficiency written up in plain language.

We Track Your Intervals
